3. The Association for Children with a Disability gives you the right to withdraw your work from the 'Your Shout' website.
4.You agree that your work does not infringe the intellectual property rights or rights of confidence of any person and is not defamatory, obscene or discriminatory.
5. The Association for Children with a Disability owns the copyright of all of the content of 'Your Shout'. To reproduce any of the works published on 'Your Shout', permission must be granted by the Association for Children with a Disability.
